Introduction

PushUpGo is a local-first app. Your data is stored on your device and privately synced across your devices via iCloud (CloudKit). No login required.

Data We Collect

• Push-up records: counts, date, optional notes.
• App settings: language, theme, preferences.
• Membership status: used only to unlock Pro features (e.g., Auto Count).
• We do not collect: account info, contacts, location, device identifiers, push tokens.

How We Use Data

• Statistics & trends: calendar heatmaps, weekly/monthly stats, trend analysis.
• Personalized experience: preserve your display preferences and settings.
• Membership unlock: determine access to Pro features; no behavioral profiling.

Storage & Sync

• Local storage via SwiftData on your device.
• Private sync via iCloud CloudKit between your devices.
• Backup/restore managed by the system; you control iCloud settings.

Purchases & Membership

• Pro features like Auto Count are exclusive to Pro members.
• Purchases are processed by the App Store; we do not store payment data.
• Membership status is used only for feature unlocks, not tied to identity.

Export

• You can export your records (CSV) in Settings.

Children’s Privacy

We do not target children under 13, nor do we knowingly collect children’s data.

Security

• We follow platform best practices, using system sandboxing and encrypted transport.
• No cross-site tracking or third-party analytics.

Sharing & Third Parties

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share data with ad networks or data brokers.
• We may comply with lawful requests when legally required.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you prominently in the app and update the version.
