Overview
PushUpGo is a local‑first push‑up tracker with quick logging, heatmaps, and trends. Your data is stored on‑device by default, with optional iCloud (CloudKit) sync. No sign‑in, no third‑party ads or analytics.
Getting Started
- Quick Log: Tap preset buttons on Home (e.g., 10, 20, 30) to add counts.
- Customize Quick Buttons: Tap the gear icon to add/remove/edit presets (up to 10, allowed range 1–999). Supports reset to default and saving.
- Manual Entry: Enter a number and tap "Save"; you can pick date & time to backfill or correct records.
Records
- Browse: View history by date and daily totals.
- Edit: Open the inline editor to change counts or delete a record.
- Bulk Delete: Enter selection mode to delete multiple records; a confirmation prevents mistakes.
- Export (Pro): Go to Settings → Export Data (CSV) to generate and share a file.
Trends (Pro)
- Periods: Week, Month, Year, and All‑time.
- Charts: Visualize total counts over time to plan training.
- Heatmap: View half‑year activity heat; a fuller year overview (locked users see a Pro Center prompt).
Monthly Calendar
- Switch Month: Use arrows or the month picker.
- Daily Totals: Tap a day to see the push‑up count.
- Today Highlight: Today is outlined in blue for quick focus.
Auto Counter (Pro)
- Enable: Start Auto Counter from Home; a focused full‑screen mode appears.
- How it Works: Uses touch/press detection with light haptic feedback; supports reset and exit.
- Access: Locked users are prompted to open the Pro Center.
Settings & Share
- iCloud Sync (Pro): Secure sync via
CloudKit to your iCloud account.
- Export CSV (Pro): Generate a .csv file and share or save it.
- Rate & Share: Invite friends and rate the app on the App Store.
- Manual & Privacy: View this manual and the privacy policy.
Widgets
Show today’s count, totals, and current streak on your Home Screen (aggregated snapshot via App Group).
Subscription
Handled by Apple StoreKit. We store minimal subscription status locally to unlock features.
Data & Privacy
- On‑device storage via
SwiftData.
- Optional iCloud sync via
CloudKit; we cannot access your iCloud data.
- No third‑party ads or analytics; no selling or sharing of personal data.
- Sensitive actions like clearing data require explicit confirmation.
